On this page you will learn what we need from you in order to be able to buy an item.

One email per bid, per item, is a must. You may send as many emails as needed.

When you place a bid you will need to include the following: Item Number, Item Name, your full name, address, day time and cell phone numbers (if you have a cell phone), email address, category your item is listed under, and your bid price for your item. To do your best to ensure that you are not beat at the last minute by another bidder it is a good idea to bid a Maximum amount bid. We will automatically increase your bid if you are outbid by another bidder up to your maximum bid. One of our employees will notify you if you are the winning bidder within a day of the auction closing.

Maximum Bid Example: You bid $15 on an item and have a maximum bid declared as $27.00. if another bidder bids $19.00 we will automatically bump your bid up to $20.00. If they have a Maximum Bid of $25.00 your bid will be bumped up to $26.00 and you will win the auction. The same is true to the Illusions and ATA Travel Cases items as well but they move in increments of $10.00 instead of $1.00

Bidding Increments:

Illusions and ATA Travel Cases Auctions: You must place a bid of at least $10.00 more then the opening bid or current bid price. Which ever is higher.

All other Auctions You must place a bid of at least $1.00 more then the opening bid or current bid price. Which ever is higher.

Once a bid is placed it can not be removed. You will be responsible for the money owed on that item. If you wish to have that item placed back up on the site you may do so, but you will have to pay the seller for the item and have it in your possession first.

Payment Methods

Right now the only payment methods accepted are personal check and Money Orders. When sending your payment you must include all the information from the item. ( item number, name, description, final bid price, shipping price you got from the seller or from a shipping company by using the information on the item's listing,) We will also need your contact information including name, address, email address, phone number and cell number if you have one, and how you heard about mysticauction.com. In the future we will be able to get credit card payments via an in house terminal or Paypal. We are still checking our options and think the personal check and M/O will work fine

ALL CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS ARE PAYABLE TO : MYSTIC AUCTION

Buyer Be Ware: All returned checks will be subject to a $45.00 additional charge.

DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEMS TO US.

Any items sent to us will be returned to the seller at their expense plus a $10.00 charge.

Sold items will be shipped by the seller to the buyer directly.

Terms and Conditions

No auction item bid will be listed without all the information as described above. no exceptions.

Return Policy: Due to the nature of many magical items most auctions have a no return policy. After the buyer gets and item, the item is theirs. Some items may be returned under extreme circumstances. The only items that can be returned are items that are broken or very different then their item condition rating. They must be returned to the seller at the expense of the buyer. After the seller gets the item back in the same condition they shipped it to the buyer in, the buyer will be given a refund. All returned items are to be sent to the Seller and not to us. Items that are broke must be shipped back to the seller immediately or the buyer may forfeit the monies paid for this item. After the buyer notifies us that the item has been delivered to them we send the money to the seller for their item. Once they get money we have no control if buyer will be given a refund on a returned item from the seller. That is why it is very important to examine your item as soon as you get it and notify us Immediately. We will not send the seller the money for the auction item if you have a problem and need to send the item back to the seller. The buyer will only get their money back when the seller gets their item back. We trust there is never a problem with these transactions.

If items are damaged in transport the buyer is responsible to put in a claim ticket with the shipping company. Mystic Auction has nothing to do with the shipping of items or insurance. If no insurance was taken on the item the buyer is responsible for the item and it may not be returned. All our auction items include a photo of the item. You know the condition of the item prior to bidding and buying the item. Our suggestion: Always get insurance for more then the item is really worth ( at least the going retail price), this way if the item is damaged you can get the going price or more for this item from the shipping company.

The shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer unless stated in the item's description. If you are worried about your item being damaged in transit you must insure that item.

Payment policy for Sold items: Mystic Auction is a subsidiary of Endeavor Entertainment Inc. All payments from buyers are put into a Mystic Auction Company account. The money will remain there until the buyer notifies us via phone or email that the item has been received from the seller. This notification has to be confirmed by an Endeavor Entertainment / Mystic Auction Employee with the buyer. Nothing is considered confirmed unless emails or voice mail are replied to from one of our employees. Please just don't assume we got the message. After everything is all set and everyone is happy Mystic Auction will issue the seller a check for the original asking price.
