How to Sell
On this page you will learn what we need from you in order to be able to sell your item.

The table below is what we use to list all our items. We will need all of the information to make each auction a speedy and fluid transaction. All the information in Yellow we will fill in at auction start and end. All the White information you will need to email or snail mail us. Beside the white information in the table we will need your full name, address, day time and cell phone numbers (if you have a cell phone), email address, category you want your item listed under, and your asking price for your item. We will list your items on our site for FREE. You pay us no Commission. All we need is that during the time your item is listed you do not post your item on any other competing site or sell your items via any other method. If your item is on our site it must be available to be sold. This will make sure we are giving our buyers a fair advantage at winning your item and will save us all a huge headache in the long run. Any item that is listed must be listed for at least one auction cycle. A cycle is from one Monday to another. If you post your item on Saturday it will have a total cycle of 10 days. Saturday to Monday and then to the following Monday. This is if your item is not bid on during those first 2 days. If your item is bid on then the auction will be over that first Monday night. There is no need to have it run until the following Monday night.
You must supply us with your asking price for this item. We will then add on an Agent / Broker fee to your asking price. If your item sells you will get exactly your asking price. The difference will be ours for listing your item and maintaining the site

Any items sent to us will be returned to the seller at their expense plus a $10.00 charge.
Sold items will be shipped by the seller to the buyer directly.
How it all works: We will notify you if your item is sold. You then wait for us to get payment from the buyer. After we notify you that we have payment from the item you then can ship the item to the buyer. We will provide you with all the needed information. After the buyer notifies us that they got the item and everything is good and set then we will issue a check for your original asking price. This notification has to be confirmed by an Endeavor Entertainment / Mystic Auction Employee with the buyer. Nothing is considered confirmed unless emails or voice mail are replied to from one of our our employees. Please just don't assume we got the message. Remember that the actual selling price will be higher then your original asking price. This is how we make our part in having the site and running.
Terms and Conditions
No auction item will be listed without all the information as described above. no exceptions.
All pictures of items must be clean and clear. Items must look the way it will when the buyer gets it at their doorstep.
Items can only be listed under one category unless you have multiple of the same items.
Videos, DVDs, and CD ROMS all have to be the original copy. No duplicated copies can be sold under federal law.
Return Policy: Due to the nature of many magical items most auctions have a no return policy. After the buyer gets and item, the item is theirs. Some items may be returned under extreme circumstances. The only items that can be returned are items that are broken or very different then their item condition rating. They must be returned to the seller at the expense of the buyer. After the seller gets the item back in the same condition they shipped it to the buyer in, the buyer will be given a refund. All returned items are to be sent to the Seller and not to us. Items that are broke must be shipped back to the seller immediately or the buyer may forfeit the monies paid for this item. After the buyer notifies us that the item has been delivered to them we send the money to the seller for their item. Once they get money we have no control if buyer will be given a refund on a returned item from the seller. That is why it is very important to examine your item as soon as you get it and notify us Immediately. We will not send the seller the money for the auction item if you have a problem and need to send the item back to the seller. The buyer will only get their money back when the seller gets their item back. We trust there is never a problem with these transactions.
If items are damaged in transport the buyer is responsible to put in a claim ticket with the shipping company. Mystic Auction has nothing to do with the shipping of items or insurance. If no insurance was taken on the item the buyer is responsible for the item and it may not be returned. All our auction items include a photo of the item. You know the condition of the item prior to bidding and buying the item. Our suggestion: Always get insurance for more then the item is really worth ( at least the going retail price), this way if the item is damaged you can get the going price or more for this item from the shipping company.
The shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer unless stated in the item's description. If you are worried about your item being damaged in transit you must insure that item.
Buyer Be Ware: All returned checks will be subject to a $45.00 additional charge
Payment policy for Sold items: Mystic Auction is a subsidiary of Endeavor Entertainment Inc. All payments from buyers are put into a Mystic Auction Company account. The money will remain there until the buyer notifies us via phone or email that the item has been received from the seller. This notification has to be confirmed by an Endeavor Entertainment / Mystic Auction Employee with the buyer. Nothing is considered confirmed unless emails or voice mail are replied to from one of our employees. Please just don't assume we got the message. After everything is all set and everyone is happy Mystic Auction will issue the seller a check for the original asking price.
If items do not sell the first cycle the item will remain listed until it does sell or until the seller asks us to remove it. You may also lower the asking price. All requests must be confirmed by one of our employees.
