When dealing with your family and friends, please hire a safe and experienced company...
1. We employ Two Certified Ride Safety Inspectors. We have taken the 16 hours of proper training in Harrisburg, PA. ( PA regulates Inflatables more strict than NY), taken a written test, and passed. We carry over the "logical" PA standards into NY just to be more safe. We do this because we care, not because we have to by law. All of our staff has been trained and retrained on how to properly set up our inflatables.
2. Our inflatables are the safest ones you can buy. We spend the extra to keep people safe!!!
a. We have landing pads/ ramps at the entrances on our bounce houses built right in.
b. We have open roofs or emergency escape hatches in all our bounce houses, just in case the power were to fail.
c. Our slides have either an air filled wall at the bottom to stop your child or a long enough landing pad to stop your child prior to hitting the ground. Many of the Cheaper units just stop and allow the rider to fly off and just hit the ground.
d. Our obstacle courses have netting or side walls the entire distance of the inflatable. This ensures people do not fall out along the way.
3. We clean our inflatables. We do not let them sit outside night after night to get bugs and slugs in them. Moisture from dew and rain can cause the units to become moldy and become unhealthy. All of our inflatables are cleaned between every use and completely dried. Honestly there are rare times when we have to leave things out due to the weather, routing and/or scheduling of rentals. When this occurs the inflatable are cleaned the very next day.
4. We set up our inflatables if we drop them off. We do not just plop them in your yard and drive off leaving it up to you. We go over all the safety and operational instructions with you prior to leaving.
5. We have an opening check list that is filled out prior to us allowing your guests inside.
6. We drive our stakes straight into the ground. Contrary to other party rental companies stating that the proper way is to drive them in at a 45 degree angle. Thousands of dollars have been spent by major tent companies to see what is the safest and strongest way to hold down tents. Straight into the ground is by far the best way. (call us if you would like further explanation)
7. You will NOT see any Duct Tape holding any of our units together.
8. We do not use orange extension cords. We use the thicker yellow or blue higher gauge cords to ensure proper power to our blowers.
9. When using extension cords we knot the blower cord to the extension cord. This will ensure that they will not accidentally come apart.
10. When doing indoor inflatables we use gym mats at the entrance and exit to protect users from hitting the floor.
11. We reserve the right to not set up an inflatable, if we think it is unsafe, even if the client says, "It's okay, don't worry, everything will be fine."
12. Three of our crew members are certified in CPR/ First Aid.
13. We do NOT own SUMO Suits. These are the most neck and spinal injury causing rental item out there. Not to mention they get nasty with sweat in a matter of five minutes. Gross and dangerous.
14. Our joust poles are the full padded style poles. Do not rent the "Q Tip" style poles. These will smash your hands and knock you out. We just invested $1000.00 into four new proper poles.
15. We use protective head gear for all inflatables whose manufacturers suggest them.
16. We are trained, we know the potential dangers, we would not let your child in something that we wouldn't send our own children into. This we promise...
